Every year at GBA, we hold our own in-house event called the VOICE Awards to recognise our colleagues that have consistently gone above and beyond for our business, other colleagues and our customers.

We split these into five main awards as follows:

However, we realised that as the standards of our colleagues had continued to rise so much; we decided to introduce extra awards to those who have constantly gone the extra mile, with our Recognising Excellence awards. We now review these on a quarterly basis, whether it’s in the office, on the road or working from home, we always reward our colleagues who have excelled in everything they do and get the special mention they deserve.

OUR PEOPLE

At GBA, one of our main corporate goals is to always live our family values. We want our colleagues to feel at home working here, and constantly look into different ways on how we can excel as a business to improve our colleague experience as much as possible. We run regular surveys, workshops and training sessions for our colleagues and management team to reach that next level we’re striving for, but also to never stop improving in the process.
